Hatice Busra Al Ozdilek graduated from Yıldız Technical University, Department of Architecture in 2008. She earned her Master’s degree from Istanbul Bilgi University’s Architectural Design Graduate Program in 2010. After her education, she worked at Avcı Architects for nearly five years.

Architectural competitions have always formed the core of her practice. As a student, she received numerous awards, including prestigious recognitions from Archiprix Turkey and S.O.S-AKM

In 2014, she founded her Istanbul-based practice, PLUG, where architectural competitions remain central to the studio's production. Since the early years of her independent practice, she has received multiple awards in national competitons, including 1st Prizes in the Adana Sucuzade Urban Square Architectural Competition, the Golden Horn (Haliç) Coastal Regeneration Competition, and the Balavca Stream and Environs Design Competition, alongside an Equivalent Prize in the Kadıköy Urban Square Design Competition, a 2nd Prize for the Antalya Muratpaşa Cultural Centre & Opera House, and a 1st Mention in the ITU Faculty of Management Architectural Project Competition.

Her professional expertise integrates urban design and architecture through a multi-scalar approach. She has continuously advanced her research on architectural language and representation, contributing both to competitions and academia. Simultanously managing her practice, she has served as a studio instructor at academic institutions, including Istanbul Technical University (ITU), Yıldız Technical University, and Kadir Has University. She has also delivered lectures and participated as a jury member in various national and international seminars.

She continues her architectural and urban design productions at PLUG.
