In the following, we will inform you about the most important aspects of data processing in connection with the operation of this Website and the participation at the anotHERVIEWture WOMEN Community and the anotHERVIEWture AWARD:

Data Processing in General

Women once registered will automatically become a member of the anotHERVIEWture WOMEN Community operated by the Federal Chamber of Architects and Chartered Engineering Consultants provided with an individual digital data space (secured by username and password). The personal data uploaded can be modified by the user continuously beside deadline of submission.

The individual project data can only be changed by the user continuously until a valid submission according to the deadline given. Once submitted, the project data is frozen and stored as the binding contribution to the prize in the specific year. After completion of the anotHERVIEWture AWARD jury-process and AWARD ceremony, submitted projects will be unsealed and ready for further updating in the anotHERVIEWture WOMEN Community.

The submitted project data will be published accordingly online or in print as a documentation of the anotHERVIEWture AWARD.

We only collect personal data that is necessary to implement and process our tasks and services or if you provide data voluntarily. The processing of personal data of our users is based on the purposes agreed during the registration and participation process [Art 6 (1) a GDPR] or on the performance of a task carried out in the public interest [Art 6 (1) e GDPR] or on the legitimate interest of the Federal Chamber of Architects and Chartered Engineering Consultants [Art 6 (1) f GDPR].

We will not pass your personal data to third parties, except it is necessary for the participation at the anotHERVIEWture AWARD, the technical administration or if you have given your permission.

Your data will be deleted, once the purpose of storing the information has been fulfilled and the storage is no longer relevant, or if the storage of the information becomes legally inadmissible.

Cookies

We use cookies on our website to ensure the functionality of our side. These Cookies are necessary to manage the registration and login files.
