In the following, we will inform you about the most important aspects of data processing in connection with the operation of this Website and the participation at the anotHERVIEWture WOMEN-Community and the anotHERVIEWture AWARD:

Data Processing

1. Submission to the Anotherviewthure award

To participate in the Anotherviewthure award, you must register at https://www.anotherviewture.at/register and upload the relevant project documents.

The individual project data can only be changed by the logged in user. A data change is possible until a valid submission according to the deadline is given. Once submitted, the project data is frozen and stored as the binding contribution to the prize in the specific year.

Woman once registered for submission to the anotHERVIEWture AWARD automatically become a member of the anotHERVIEWture WOMEN-Community. Please find more information about data processing in connection with the anotHERVIEWture WOMEN-Community below.

After completion of the anotHERVIEWture AWARD jury-process and AWARD ceremony, submitted projects will be unsealed and will be displayed in the profile of the respective woman in the anotHERVIEWture WOMEN-Community. So, the data will be ready for further updating in the anotHERVIEWture WOMEN-Community.

The submitted project data will be published by the Federal Chamber of Architects and Chartered Engineering Consultants and the Regional Chambers of Architects and Chartered Engineering Consultants online or in print as a documentation of the anotHERVIEWture AWARD.

2. Registration to the anotHERVIEWture WOMEN Community.

Woman once registered for submission to the anotHERVIEWture AWARD automatically become a member of the anotHERVIEWture WOMEN-Community, but you also can register without submitting a project for the anotHERVIEWture AWARD and become part of our WOMEN Community.

The anotHERVIEWture WOMEN-Community was being established parallel to the anotHERVIEWture AWARD with the intention to create a digital library allowing female professionals to present their work. At the same time, the anotHERVIEWture WOMEN-Community enables to network and in special cases being informed by the Federl Chamber of Architects and Chartered Engineering Consultants via email about topics relevant to the female professionals, for example the ARCH-E project or UREHERIT.

We only collect personal data that is necessary to implement and process our tasks and services or if you provide data voluntarily. The processing of personal data of our users is based on the purposes agreed during the registration and participation process [Art 6 (1) a GDPR] or on the performance of a task carried out in the public interest [Art 6 (1) e GDPR] or on the legitimate interest of the Federal Chamber of Architects and Chartered Engineering Consultants [Art 6 (1) f GDPR].

We will not pass your personal data to third parties, except it is necessary for the participation at the anotHERVIEWture AWARD, the technical administration or if you have given your permission.

Your data will be deleted, once the purpose of storing the information has been fulfilled and the storage is no longer relevant, or if the storage of the information becomes legally inadmissible.
