My passion lies in sustainability, timber construction, teamwork, and modern working methods. It is my goal to inspire and empower other women. For me, sustainability means acting in a resource-conserving and future-oriented manner. I see timber construction as an environmentally friendly and aesthetically pleasing building method that combines tradition and innovation.
Teamwork is particularly important to me because I believe that together we can achieve more. In a supportive and cooperative environment, we can find creative and effective solutions that drive us forward.
Modern working methods, such as agile methodologies and flexible work models, are the key to a successful and fulfilling professional life. They allow us to remain dynamic and adaptable while finding a balance between work and personal life.
I want to encourage other women to pursue their dreams, assert themselves in male-dominated industries, and find their own voices. By leading by example and supporting each other, we can create an inspiring and sustainable future together.Owner & Managing Director, SHORTLIST GmbH
