Burnazzi Feltrin Architetti
In 2003 Elisa Burnazzi and Davide Feltrin have founded the practice Burnazzi Feltrin Architetti – Trento, Italy. They supported an architecture that not only has to be sustainable, functional but also straordinary and able to touch people’s feelings.
Their works of architecture, interior design and landscape design have been published on hundreds of prestigious books and magazines and their practice has been awarded with distinguished prizes both national and international. In 2010 Burnazzi and Feltrin have been finalists for the Renzo Piano Foundation Prize to a Young Talent. In 2012, 2018 and 2021 their works were exhibited at the Venice Biennale International Architecture Exhibition, in the Italian Pavilion. In 2023 and 2025 the studio won the Architizer Award, as one of the 30 best architecture firms in Italy.
In 2016 Elisa Burnazzi has been shortlisted for the international award The Moira Gemmill Prize for Emerging Architecture and the website Archdaily has listed her among the 15 women architects who have designed exceptional projects all over the world. Since 2018 to 2021 Elisa has been Head of Jury of the American Master Prize, Los Angeles.
Elisa is an architect and a woman professional, proudly using the timbro al femminile, an official architectural stamp that uses the feminine form architetta instead of the traditionally male architetto. This choice reflects not only her professional identity but also a commitment to gender inclusivity in the language of our field. Elisa also works as a high school teacher and recently completed a teaching collaboration with DICAM. Additionally, she is a member of AIDIA.
