The Scheme transforms a derelict and disused farmstead area within the historic core of Prague 6 into an exclusive, luxury residential development comprising 59 residential units, underground parking and associated commercial facilities.

The new apartment blocks take on the form of ‘the local villa’, carefully positioned between the restored historic farmstead to maximise views while maintaining privacy. The Villas are surrounded by high quality landscaping offering a tranquil setting for residents.

The project has been awarded the Best Residential Development in CEE by the 2019 HOF (Hall of Fame Awards).
