Pharmacy
Tina Urban
In a central location in Straßwalchen, a modern, two-story commercial building with a striking bronze Alucobond facade has been constructed. The building combines high-quality architecture with a clearly structured function and contributes to medical care as well as the economic revitalization of the region.
The ground floor houses a spacious pharmacy with a separate customer entrance. The pharmacy features a light-filled dispensary, an automated storage system (robot), an attached laboratory, and its own receiving area. The building also includes an accessible medical practice with several treatment rooms, a therapy area, its own laboratory, and a reception and waiting area.
The upper floor is functionally divided into two separate areas.
One area serves as an internal extension of the pharmacy and includes a central drug storage area, an office for the owner, a staff room, a meeting room, technical and ancillary rooms, and sanitary facilities, including an accessible restroom.
The other part of the upper floor is accessed via a separate entrance and offers five modern office spaces arranged around a central reception area. These spaces are ideally suited for service companies, start-ups, or medical practices, and feature bright workspaces and flexible floor plans.
The pharmacy and the rest of the building each have their own clearly separated entrances, ensuring uninterrupted operation.
The entire building was constructed according to current energy efficiency standards. Generous glazing, modern building technology, barrier-free access, and ample parking create ideal conditions for employees, customers, and patients alike.
