The building is designed as a highly flexible and open system. A transparent perimeter, achieved through extensive glazing, establishes strong visual continuity with the surrounding city. Inside, the market is organized through freestanding modular stalls positioned along primary movement flows, ensuring maximum functionality, adaptability, and clear logistics.

The project addresses multiple layers of complexity: structural efficiency, environmental responsiveness, high-frequency public use, and integration of diverse market functions within a unified spatial framework. Its design enables long-term adaptability and operational sustainability.
