Won through an invited design competition this proposal reinvents the typology for an urban infill site located in Holesovice, Prague 7. The scheme proposes a combination of Residential buildings arranged around an internal landscaped courtyard and a new office development fronting the main street. The designs take reference from the historical industrial architecture of the area and recreate it in a contemporary setting.
