APT Dalia

Dalia is a contemporary residential interior where architecture, natural materials, and functionality come together to create a calm, timeless living environment. The project is based on the belief that true luxury is defined by comfort, authenticity, and spaces designed to enrich everyday life.

The design language is intentionally restrained, allowing materiality and texture to become the primary architectural expression. Warm wood, natural stone, and a palette of soft, earthy tones are complemented by tactile wall finishes and carefully selected textiles that add warmth, depth, and a refined sensory experience.

A key objective was to improve acoustic comfort, often overlooked in residential interiors. The thoughtful combination of open shelving, closed storage, upholstered furniture, curtains, rugs, and textured finishes reduces sound reflections and creates a quieter, more balanced atmosphere where aesthetics and well-being coexist.

Custom-designed furniture was developed specifically for the project, maximizing storage and functionality while preserving visual continuity throughout the interior. The interplay between open and closed elements establishes rhythm, balances display with privacy, and reinforces a clean, welcoming architectural language.

Sustainability was approached through longevity rather than trends. Durable natural materials, timeless detailing, and flexible design solutions ensure the interior remains functional and relevant for years to come. Every design decision reflects a commitment to quality craftsmanship, responsible material selection, and lasting value.

Dalia is a human-centered interior where tactile materials, acoustic comfort, and thoughtful spatial organization create a refined, enduring environment designed to support everyday life. Currently under construction.
